Warranty Returns

30 Day Return policy
IceBox Coolers will refund your full purchase price, including the original delivery charge, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and if returned in an unused and undamaged condition within 30 days from date of purchase.

You are responsible for returning the item at your own expense.

Please contact IceBox Coolers before dispatch of returns as all returns must quote the IceBox Coolers return reference number.



5 Year Warranty
IceBox Coolers will repair at no charge any fault occurring during normal usage. Faults covered by this warranty are those that are found to be caused by failure of materials or defective workmanship during the first 5 years from date of purchase. Ice boxes used for commercial purposes are provided with a warranty covering one year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required so please keep your receipt. This warranty is not transferable.

Warranty Does Not Cover
•    Damage caused by unreasonable usage
•    Transport costs to and from repair agent appointed by IceBox Coolers
•    Transit insurance costs
•    Damage in transit
